Why Product and Allocation's previous data is not reflecting?
After configuring the Product and Allocation fields in Hivel:
Ongoing and Incremental Issues: The data starts reflecting automatically for new and ongoing issues.
Previous Issues: Historical data does not appear automatically and requires a manual backend process to sync.
If you have historical data for the Product and Allocation fields and need it to reflect in Hivel:

We will manually run the backend process to sync the data.
The updated data will be available in Hivel within 24 hours.
