# Why Product and Allocation's previous data is not reflecting?

After configuring the [<mark style="color:purple;">**Product**</mark> <mark style="color:purple;"></mark><mark style="color:purple;">and</mark> <mark style="color:purple;"></mark><mark style="color:purple;">**Allocation**</mark>](https://hivel.gitbook.io/knowlegebase/using-hivel/investment/how-to-set-up-products-and-allocation-tabs-in-the-investment-screen) fields in Hivel:

* **Ongoing and Incremental Issues**: The data starts reflecting automatically for new and ongoing issues.
* **Previous Issues**: Historical data does not appear automatically and requires a manual backend process to sync.

If you have historical data for the **Product** and **Allocation** fields and need it to reflect in Hivel:

2. We will manually run the backend process to sync the data.
3. The updated data will be available in Hivel within 24 hours.
