# How can I see the progress against my goals?

Once you have [set your goals](https://hivel.gitbook.io/knowlegebase/using-hivel/goals) you can easily track the progress against them by [downloading a Goals report](https://hivel.gitbook.io/knowlegebase/using-hivel/cockpit/how-to-download-reports#other-reports).

You can set the frequency either weekly, monthly, or quarterly to see how the teams have been faring against their targets at regular intervals.
