Why do I see "NA" in the percentage change of a metric?
The "NA" is displayed when there is no data or values for the previous period of a given metric.

Why some metrics have data while others do not:
It’s possible for certain metrics to show values while others don’t, depending on activity during the period.
For example:
Cycle Time might display as
6d
because tickets moved through the workflow.MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery) could show
0
, as no hotfixes were pushed to release branches during that time.
Rationale for Showing "NA":
Instead of inaccurately reflecting a percentage change (e.g., showing an increase of
+100%
), "NA" provides a clearer indicator that the metric lacked data for the previous period. This approach gives users a more accurate understanding of their metrics and avoids misleading interpretations.
