Why Product and Allocation's previous data is not reflecting?

After configuring the Product and Allocation fields in Hivel:

  • Ongoing and Incremental Issues: The data starts reflecting automatically for new and ongoing issues.

  • Previous Issues: Historical data does not appear automatically and requires a manual backend process to sync.

If you have historical data for the Product and Allocation fields and need it to reflect in Hivel:

  1. Reach out to us at support@hivel.ai.

  2. We will manually run the backend process to sync the data.

  3. The updated data will be available in Hivel within 24 hours.
