Team plan

Hivel tracks your team's Claude Code usage through Claude's organization-managed settings. You paste a settings snippet into Claude.ai once. Then usage telemetry flows to Hivel automatically.

Prerequisites

• Your organization is on the Claude Team plan (claude.ai)

• You are the Primary Owner or Admin of your Claude organization

In Hivel:

1. Go to Hivel → Settings → Integrations tab.

1. Search for Claude Code and click Connect.

1. In the pop-up, select Team and click Continue.

1. Copy the settings script displayed in the UI.

2. You can then directly open Claude organization settings from Hivel's Ui or refer to Step 1 in the next section.

In Claude.ai:

1. Open Claude organization settings.

2. Next to Managed settings (settings.json), click Manage.

1. Paste the script from Hivel into the Managed settings editor.

2. Click Update settings.

3. Return to Hivel and click I've pasted it on the UI to confirm.

Important:

• Verify "OTEL_RESOURCE_ATTRIBUTES": "org.HivelId=<orgId>" contains your Hivel Organization ID before pasting. Contact [e-mail] if missing.

What Happens Next

The settings roll out to your team's Claude Code automatically. Usage data starts flowing to Hivel as your team runs Claude Code sessions.
