Copy of Claude Enterprise Integration (before July 2026)

Prerequisites

• A Hivel account with Admin access

• A Claude Enterprise account where you hold the Primary Owner role (required to create Analytics API keys)

Step 1 - Open the Integrations tab in Hivel

1. Log in to your Hivel account.

2. In the left panel, select Settings, then go to the Integrations tab.

3. Find the Claude Enterprise card and click the Connect button.

A pop-up will appear asking you to paste your Claude Enterprise Analytics API key.

Step 2 - Generate an Analytics API key in Claude Enterprise

To get the API key required in Step 1, follow these steps in your Claude Enterprise account:

1. Go to claude.ai/analytics/api-keys and sign in with your Primary Owner account.

2. If it is your first time here, enable access by toggling the switch on.

3. Click Create Key.

4. Name your key Hivel and ensure it has the read:analytics scope.

5. Click Create Key to complete the process.

6. Copy the key - it will only be shown once.

Important: Only users with the Primary Owner role within their Claude Enterprise organization can create Analytics API keys. If you don't see the option at claude.ai/analytics/api-keys, check your role with your organization's administrator.

Step 3 - Complete the connection in Hivel

1. Return to the Hivel Integrations tab where the pop-up is open.

2. Paste the Analytics API key you copied from Claude Enterprise.

3. Click Connect to finalize the integration.

Once connected, the Claude Enterprise card will show a Connected status.
