Flashy Reviews

Flashy Reviews % shows the percentage of Pull Requests larger than 200 Lines of Code merged with less than 5 minutes of review time.

This threshold is configurable in the Settings screen.

The more flashy reviews there are, the higher the chance of production bugs in the future because large PRs needed to be reviewed thoroughly before being merged.
