• Host provisioned.

• Prerequisites installed on the host, versions verified (Prerequisites).

• Registry access configured.

• PostgreSQL installed, superuser password set, insightly database created.

• PostgreSQL configured to accept connection from the host; firewall opened for 5432.

• Backup routine set up for PostgreSQL, (Backup and Restore).

• Installer package downloaded and license files added on the host.

• .env configured with database credentials; connection tested.

• Flyway migration completed successfully; .env switched to <user>.

• Host deployed.

• Log rotation set up on the host.

• All services report healthy; application accessible (direct, reverse proxy, or Caddy/HTTPS).

• Validation checklist (Verification and Access) passed, including first-data confirmation.
