Deployment Checklist

• Virtual machine provisioned (VM)

• Prerequisites installed on the VM

• Azure CLI configured

• AWS CLI configured (for ECR and S3 access)

• Hivel AWS credentials configured

• ECR access tested

• Azure Database for PostgreSQL provisioned

• Database "insightly" created manually

• Database networking allows VM access

• Project downloaded from S3 to the VM

• License files added

• .env file configured with database credentials

• Database connection tested

• Flyway migration completed successfully (VM)

• VM services deployed

• Log rotation setup completed

• All services healthy

• Application accessible
