Teams

Teams are how you group users so metrics can be viewed at the right level, whether that's a squad, a location, or a seniority band. A single user can belong to more than one team.

1. Create a team

Set a team name and owner, then add members. You can change either later.

Break a team into sub-teams if that matches your org structure, for example clusters within a larger department.

Add members to an existing team, create a new team from a set of selected users, or add users directly to a sub-team.

4. Modify a team

Change a team's name, owner, or membership at any time.

5. Remove users from a team or sub-team

Removing someone from a parent team also removes them from its sub-teams; removing them from just a sub-team keeps them on the parent. This doesn't delete their data, and it doesn't remove them from the platform; use Archive for that.

6. Delete a team

Permanently remove a team you created. You can only delete teams you own.
