# How to create teams?

* Go to **Settings** → **Teams** → **Create Team**

* Enter a team name and select a team owner. Don't worry, you can always change these later if needed.
* Click **Create and add**. You can add additional members in the next step if required.
* A single team member can be added to multiple teams. This way, you can classify an engineer into their squads, engineers by seniority, location, etc.
