Go to Settings → Teams → Create Team
Enter a team name and select a team owner. Don't worry, you can always change these later if needed.
Click Create and add. You can add additional members in the next step if required.
A single team member can be added to multiple teams. This way, you can classify an engineer into their squads, engineers by seniority, location, etc.
