The "NA" is displayed when there is no data or values for the previous period of a given metric.
Why some metrics have data while others do not:
It’s possible for certain metrics to show values while others don’t, depending on activity during the period.
For example:
Cycle Time might display as 6d because tickets moved through the workflow.
MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery) could show 0, as no hotfixes were pushed to release branches during that time.
Rationale for Showing "NA":
Instead of inaccurately reflecting a percentage change (e.g., showing an increase of +100%), "NA" provides a clearer indicator that the metric lacked data for the previous period.
This approach gives users a more accurate understanding of their metrics and avoids misleading interpretations.
