Why is data of some members are not visible?
If you notice missing or combined data for a developer in Hivel, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Repository Access Issues: Hivel doesnβt have access to the repository the developer is working on.
User Data Merge Error: The user may have been mistakenly merged with another user, resulting in combined data.
Duplicate accounts not yet merged: Some of the users may have duplicate accounts due to logins from local or other systems, which will have to be merged for the data to reflect.
Restricted Account: The account has restricted permissions, limiting Hivel's access to the data.
Steps to Resolve the Issue
To address this, either of the following steps need to be done:
Reauthorize Hivel Access: Ensure all required repository permissions are granted during reauthorization.
Check for Merged Users: Review user settings to confirm that no unintended user merge has occurred.
