Why do I see "No existing user found" message while login

If this is your first time logging into Hivel, you may encounter a message prompting you to complete the setup. To proceed, follow these steps:

  1. Check your email for an invitation:

    • Look for an invite email from your Hivel admin in your inbox.

    • Accept the invitation to activate your account.

  2. No invite? No problem:

    • Click on "Get Started" on the login screen.

    • Sign up using your organization credentials.

    • Once registered, you should be able to log in without issues.
